These motifs come from Art Deco buildings in Miami. The opulence and display of wealth were at its height in the 1920’s and 30’s. The current neon pop colors in the buildings were added on during the 80’s when a majority of these buildings were being restored or preserved.

The triptych uses hues inspired by the beach and landscape.
